Enterprise week. Visiting speaker.

Mr Hall, Jamie's Dad, came to speak to us today about his job. He designs lorries to meet the specific needs of customers. These can be as varied as transporting expensive sports cars, to beer barrels, from refrigerated supermarket products to whole orchestras of instruments!

He described the skills he uses everyday; speaking, problem solving, product knowledge, maths and numeracy, but most impoortantly listening to the client's needs. He explained how the company continuously looks to the future and evolves according to new invention particularly in respect of care for the environment.

Mr Hall also reminded us of the importance of presenting oneself correctly, being punctual, smart and polite,
